Jon has a way of speaking through his art to entice the
viewer into a more intimate relationship with nature. His
micro studies of nature bring the viewer deep within the
essence of his subject. The bold use of color, in addition
to his energetic application of watercolor, leaves the
viewer with a sense that they have touched the vibratory
rate of Jon's subject matter.
